Bad Customer Service. Food Too Salty.

My mom, sister & relatives came to HK for a visit. Brought them to have a Chinese meal at Chuen Cheung Kui in Sheung Wan. I had meals/ food at Chuen Cheung Kui Causeway Bay many times & the food is good. It has a reputation of a good value restaurant. However,  the Chuen Cheung Kui Sheung Wan is really bad. My mom, sister & relatives came to HK for a visit. Brought them to have a Chinese meal at Chuen Cheung Kui in Sheung Wan. I had meals/ food at Chuen Cheung Kui Causeway Bay many times & the food is good. It has a reputation of a good value restaurant. However,  the Chuen Cheung Kui Sheung Wan is really bad. Service / attitude from the serving staff and the restaurant manager are bad. I ordered a few dishes (dishes that I usually ordered in Chuen Cheung Kui at Causeway Bay) and found that the slice fish with green vegetable (班球時菜) and the prawn with egg (滑蛋蝦仁)  were very salty. When I gave the feedback to the manager, instead of apologising for offering a too slaty dish & to offer to re-cook it for us, she acted as if she suspects us of trying to cheat her of paying for the 2 dishes. I have to say that I will write a comment on Open Rice before the manager  is willing to re-cook the dish. But by that time, my relatives were too afraid that the cook may spit on the food before serving us, gien the bad attitude of the staff at Chuen Cheung Kui. Therefore, we decline to have the ish re-cook and paid for the meal despite it tasted terrible. So, foodies,       please do not eat at Chuen Cheung Kui Sheung Wan outlet. They have bad customerservice and the food is terrible. 
全章居上環店服務很差， 食物／ 菜餚太鹹。 千萬不要去。
