Went to the walk-up window, and asked about the buns I had seen there.  They have pork or chicken.  The pork was grilled, was sort of like a Macao pork bun, but served on a pineapple bun or bolobao.  Its served with some lettuce, perhaps tomato, but also a semi-sweet, slightly tangy sauce.  Only HKD21, and very delicious.
