One of the worst dining experience in Hong Kong Things didn’t start well when I noticed there is a layer of oil on my water. When we were ordering food, the waitress only told us many items were sold out, but didn’t tell me they did not have all the ingredient to make my drink. So, they gave me sth I didn’t order. When we were ordering food, the waitress only told us many items were sold out, but didn’t tell me they did not have all the ingredient to make my drink. So, they gave me sth I didn’t order. When I called them out, they gave me a drink without all the ingredient (ice cream). When I told them to cancel this order, the waitress claimed they cannot do it since the manager is not there. She was clearly lying, as someone there had the authority to cancel items.
Overall, the food is average, but half of the menu somehow is “sold out”. The service is simply horrible…
