Food Fiesta is a food court in apm, located where it used to be cookedDeli by c!ty'super . cookedDeli used to have great food, but closed in early 2021 . Udon w/ Kumbu, Leeks and Fish Cake

I ordered Udon with Fried Chicken, from the Oreyu kiosk . The udon was chewy, similar to al dente for pasta ! The shipjack tuna broth was very clear and had a good colour , fitted the udon amazingly well . The toppings were very nice too , but the only thing I would pick is the kombu, which was too hard .

Along comes the Fried Chicken. Three big chunks came on a small plate . I thought that the chicken was quite juicy , but the skin with a golden brown colour was a bit too hard ; the type of crispness was the hard type .
In conclusion, the food was nice, especially the udon ! The interior was nice and relaxing , but I still think the food from cookedDeli was better . I guess that's a draw to which is better !
