People have been telling me that this place serves one of the best Naples-style pizzas in Hong Kong, AND THE VERDICT IS: YES!These boxes were brought by the colleagues, the slices were already cold when we received. We got four flavours:
Salami; all cheese; prosciutto; corn and ham.
I got to try out the slice with prosciutto. There’s black pepper on top and the crust was genuinely Naples-style. I’ve been to Italy and this crust is definitely a reminisce of the Italian one I had.
The outer rim was chewy with an impressive char. The inside was soft and very thin! Together with a very generous amount of savoury prosciutto, it’s really tasty.
