We tried the signature coconut chicken hot pot, and it was absolutely irresistible! 🤩 They cook half a chicken right in front of you, and the fiery performance was just mesmerizing! 🔥🔥 The coconut broth was rich and flavorful, especially with the added peach resin and coconut water. Don’t forget to drink a couple of bowls before diving into the hot pot! ❤️
We also enjoyed sliced white eel and a mix of osmanthus clams and coral clams, which were delicious. The beef platter was a highlight of our meal. The drunken silky beef was so flavorful and tender with a strong wine taste. The hand-cut beef neck was perfectly marbled, juicy, and full of flavor. The frosted beef cubes had a delightful texture and were super tender. I especially loved the brisket, which was rich and crispy—though I accidentally left it in the pot too long! 😂 The beef tongue was tender and juicy, and the Angus hand-cut fatty beef had an incredible flavor.
To round off our feast, we tried black truffle squid balls, emperor vegetables, and iced tofu. Everything was simply delicious! 🤤✨
