These pork chops at For Kee in Sheung Wan are insane!!!! A small hole in the wall behind Hollywood Road lies a real hidden gem. 科記咖啡餐室 / For Kee Restaurant is constantly packed to the brim. The queue as well as their pork chops are insane. I've been a few times for takeout (since the queue there is ridiculous) but finally waited in line for a delicious and filling lunch.Go early.  The 3 of us ordered the same thing...their delicious and infamous Pork Chop over Rice HK$50. They have a selection of sandwiches, toasts, rice, noodles, soups, etc to fill any cravings but their pork chop over rice is tops in my books.

 Look at that glistening pork over a bed of hot steaming rice. The pork chops are tender, juicy and extremely flavorful. For Kee’s signature pork chop over rice, marinated (in I have no idea what amazingness that is) and then pan-fried. Easy, comforting and delicious. The pork has a nice simple char but is not burnt. LOVE IT! The rice soaks up that amazing pork marinade. NO MSG either. #LEGIT

 Yup, we all ordered it. The lunch set is great. HK$50 plus a hot drink or HK$52 with an iced drink...which is what I got. See that iced milk tea!? ;) MINE. So cheap.....new lunch spot?! Oh, I think so.

A very happy, filling and satisfying lunch. Love this place. Come early. They sell out quick! I've walked by in the afternoon and they will be closed since they completely sell out. Seriously, come try out FOR KEE!! <3
