Throwback to this amazing brunch by Uma Nota! Genuinely impressed by the selection offered by their brunch menu! Favourite was definitely their 21-day aged ribeye 🥩! Perfect shade of pink with a distinctive beef flavour 😍 Highly recommend their beef skewers🍢 as well! Probably a fattier cut of beef, and hence a richer and more buttery flavour😍I also really enjoyed their pork ribs and grilled squid 🦑, not to mention their dessert platter was really quite a sight to behold😍 love that gorgeous selec
