Although dine-in dinner is not an option now, their signature brunch menu which has 4 courses is still available. You can even opt for unlimited drinks for just around HK$100-200 more! We started off with some prawn cocktail and crab cake, which we chose from a selection of 4 items. The prawns were very meaty and the crab cake was substantial too, which was expected as they are known for their big portions! I loved the wasabi cream and avocado mousse that came in the cocktail glass. It's a burst of flavors and very appetizing to eat when you dip those bouncy prawns in.

The fried quail egg on the crab cake was such a unique touch. I enjoyed how the little egg yolk gave more moisture to the crab cake and how its nuttiness added more character to the dish.

The forest mushroom soup and lobster bisque were both so fragrant! The saltiness of the parmesan cheese went so well with the sweet taste of mushroom. I would've loved it more if the taste of truffles was stronger.

Lobster bisque was amazing. It had plenty of lobster meat in it and the broth was so creamy and rich. We felt extra hungry that day so for mains we ordered a sirloin steak and racks of lamb. The last time I came here for steak I was blown away. I had the wagyu oyster steak and they just melted in my mouth. In comparison, the Australian grain-fed sirloin wasn't as fatty and it felt a bit under seasoned. Nonetheless, it was still really tender.

I enjoyed the grilled NZ coastal lamb racks so much more. They were perfectly caramelized and covered in delicious rosemary jus 🤤! The mashed potatoes and asparagus were buttery and fresh too! As for dessert, the cheese selection was just what we needed. Petite in size but rich at the same time. Perfect for our full bellies lol.

The apple crumble was really nice too. You have to get everything in one scoop! Some ice-cream, some crumble, stewed apples, and custard sauce. Just divine after a big meal!
