The choux was with a nice crispy shell filled with a mixture of cream and custard. It is then topped with the crunchy layer of brûlée which adds another texture to the choux! Don’t worry that the brûlée is too sweet cause the filling just balances it out. I haven’t had such a 💯 dessert for a long long time

Don’t worry that the brûlée is too sweet cause the filling just balances it out. I haven’t had such a 💯 dessert for a long long time and it is definitely worth every calorie!
Tried their lemon yogurt and Hochicha flavor as well. They were good but not as amazing as the crème brûlée one.
Though it’s around HK$40-50 per choux, it’s worth every penny as you can taste the high quality ingredients and the effort that had been put in. Be prepared for approximately 30 mins wait as each piece is made to order.
