Everyone knows about Genki Sushi. And everyone must have dined at a Genki Sushi some time in their life time. Genki Sushi, known around Hong Kong as an inexpensive rotating sushi bar. You see plates of sushi go around and around in a circle. You see a plate you like, you take it down. After you finish eating, a staff member tallies it up and you pay at the cashier. However, this branch of Genki Sushi is a bit different. It has been revamped into something else. Instead of sushi plates rotating in a circle, your sushi is shipped to you ... on a train.
The entire restaurant has been changed. Instead of a central rotating sushi bar, you get rows upon rows of seats with three tracks infront of you. There is a tablet device located over head.
Ordering is simple. You scroll through what you want and press to select. You then can imput the quantity. The only limitation is that only four items can be ordered at one time.
Flying fish roe. A good amount of flying fish roe was added. The nori was crispy and the flying fish roe was also pop-tastic.
