Being a rather huge fan of ramen, but not a super fan of the "tsukemen style", I decided to risk this place anyway based on good reviews.My issue with Tsukemen style is that I love to have everything in a bowl, covered in broth, so it stays warm and the pork and egg is nicely coated with broth too. Tsukemen too often ends up being cold, and the dipping broth gets cold quickly also. Anyway, this place was pretty decent. The noodles were good, but the broth was on the sweeter side.
