I went with 'siu gai' (who also reviewed this place) for their buffets several times.Place/Atmosphere: Relaxing, pleasant. After all, it is a 5-star hotel. Maybe some live entertainment would be better - or maybe not.Food: Seems like their better restaurants' "leftovers" - but still of high quality. The variety is amazing - from salad to sushi to soup to roast beef to pork, goose, oysters florentine to a BBQ just outside the restaurant, and ice cream, cheese platter, fruits, and other dessert

Food: Seems like their better restaurants' "leftovers" - but still of high quality. The variety is amazing - from salad to sushi to soup to roast beef to pork, goose, oysters florentine to a BBQ just outside the restaurant, and ice cream, cheese platter, fruits, and other desserts to choose from.
Price / "Dai sik": The prices are certainly 5-star. For the 3.5 to 4-star (out of 5) quality food they serve, it is not really worth it. The weekends are especially expensive - add another $100 to the price below - per person (including service charge already).
Service: A bit sparse, but not unfriendly. Resembles 4-star hotel service, not 5-star: but this is a coffee shop only. (Conrad's better restaurants' service is fantastic)
Conclusion: A little too expensive, but if you just want to eat and eat and eat to your heart's content without many waiters bothering you, then this is the place. [ But for the price, I would have given a happy face]
Overall: 7 out of 10
