輝哥火鍋 is my go-to spot at birthday season if I want a proper satisfying hotpot where freshness of ingredients and broth selection are the two main keys to this classic cuisine.Besides the wide range of sashimi, fresh beef and meat balls, freshly deep fried tofu skin roll (響玪-$58) is my all time favourite with an extra twist of sea weed. Dip it with thai sauce or directly put it into a pot of simmering broth (for 3 second) and eat immediately; the spring roll will turn soft outside and soak all go
