Meeting a friend after work for a drink and early dinner today around TST. And we were looking for something Spanish, so El Cid it is.We went there around 6:30, the restaurant is already filling with people. As I could see, they are all having drinks and snacks. Going to a Spanish place, what’s better than having a glass of Sangria? My friend’s choice was interesting enough - the Asia Heat, which was a mixed of the blue-ish butterfly pea, lychee, lime… and ginger! The drink is very sweet and war

Going to a Spanish place, what’s better than having a glass of Sangria? My friend’s choice was interesting enough - the Asia Heat, which was a mixed of the blue-ish butterfly pea, lychee, lime… and ginger! The drink is very sweet and warm, a good option for that day.
Then we had some snails baked on a piece of Bone marrow, which is quite exotic and southern Europe! The bone marrow has somehow brought the snails to another level, giving it an extra layer of detail. Not to mention, the snails taste fresh and there are quite a few of them!
And finally, we had the best Spanish dish - the Seafood paella. When it landed on our table, we were amazed by the look of it. There were four shrimps and four mussels on top, and the two pieces of lemon really added to the colourfulness. The rice was in good temperature and we really enjoyed the meal 🥘!
