A small community of eateries has opened earlier this year near Sheraton Tung Chung at T Bay - perfect for a getaway. Upper Deck was on the 2/f, providing a nice seaview where you can see planes land • • • ✈ There is a bar area, stage for live music and free pool in the restuarants ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗWe ordered a Weekend Brunch set ($228) and some a la carte so we can taste a bit of everything! The beef tartare was picture-worthy, not super finely minced so you still get the chewy mouthfeel, which I like. T

The beef tartare was picture-worthy, not super finely minced so you still get the chewy mouthfeel, which I like. The fish and chips was the star of the meal - batter was light yet super crispy, encasing a thick juicy piece of fillet.
The tagliatelle ($158) was nice - al dente egg pasta with pancetta, chanterelle mushroom and heaps of parmesan. The USDA prime rib eye 10oz with chimichurri sauce ($358) looked fab but was slightly chewy; its side (we picked tuffle mac n cheese) was right on our alley with heavenly cheesy and aromatic truffle flavours. We finished our meal off with a nice rich slice of chocolate cake, which has a crunchy cake base.
All in all, food is nice plus couldn’t complain about the attentive service plus seaview ☁︎︎ Could already see myself returning in the near future for their live music ✌︎•‿-
