fairly average with some steak not being fresh (which they made execuses of the beef is marinated ) as if I never had marinated beef before. a marinated beef would have similar marinated colour thorough the whole steak, not fresh red in the middle while big part of the steak is discolor. Also, the redness in the middle is different between front and back. so you are telling me that u only marinated 70% of the steak on side on one side, and 60% on the other side. not buying the "reason".
