A Hidden Gem at Hong Kong Disneyland

On Saturday, it serves a semi-buffet menu for lunch. To be honest, there are only a few menu items but they are all nicely put together and live up with a 5-star hotel standard and quality.

 For starters, it is all-you-can-eat. There are freshly cut melons with prama ham, and a variety of salads with seafood including shrimps, scallops and squids. It truly stimulates your appetite for a relaxing lunch at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel.

 For main courses, there were 4 options and I have chosen Pasta with Scallops. When it was delivered to the table, I was simply amazed by its presentation. The photo is 100% how it looks like when it arrives at our table. The scallops are pan-fried with golden colours, while the squid-link pasta was half-submerged in the lobster soup. Imagine if this is served in a 5-star hotel on the Hong Kong Island, it will certainly cost you more than $300 alone.

 My friend had the Grilled Sirloin Steak and it was well plated as well. The steak was tender, and topped with sautéed spinach. Its portion is good for sharing as well.

 For Desserts, it is all-you-can-eat too. Somehow I am not a fan of sweets, but they are good enough to conclude the meal.

 One of the desserts that you could not miss is its Pooh-shaped Mango Pudding. Not only does it look cute, it tastes delicious! The pudding was easily out-of-supply, so you have to grab it asap when you are seated.
Hot Chocolate

 The menu also includes drinks or coffee, and I believe the Hot Chocolate is a signature item. It is comparatively fancy with its chocolate top. The steams from the hot chocolate will eventually melts the chocolate bar on the top! This drink had exceeded our expectation as well.

 If you order cappucino, it of course will come with a mickey shape on top - that's Disney!

I would never expect a lunch at Hong Kong Disneyland hotel to be that intriguing, but for this menu and price, I will definitely be coming back soon!
