This year is Hong Kong Disneyland's 20th Anniversary and they have so many celebration menus/set meals. I decided to try this afternoon tea set first.Their print design for the latte was cute.The tea set came and it was totally adorable, showing off their everything that's Mickey related.For this tea set, I preferred their savory items. The caviar was not too salty and the scallop was perfectly seared (given this is just a tea set). The cucumber roll was really refreshing with the crab.The desserts were definitely the cutest though I think it could be less sweet. Their sweetness was defiinitely no where near to Disney snacks at Disneyland and their flavors area already fruit based. However, despite I ate the desserts and savory items alternatively, the sweetness by the end was still a bit much. As individual desserts, they would have tasted just right but collectively till the end it would be too sugary., I think they should try to reduce the sugar and enhance the tarty/fruity flavors of the desserts to make it more refreshing. However, given the great flavors of the savory and its cuteness, I will still give this a great review.

今次專程嚟到香港迪士尼酒店華特餐廳試佢哋嘅西班牙半自助晚餐,預祝生日🎉!雖然自助區嘅選擇唔算超級多,但每款都好精緻,長腳蟹青口熟蝦沙律包三文魚吞拿魚他他,都有得選擇,款款都啱食,其實食兩輪就已經飽到上心口😜 而主菜嘅擺盤同味道都超有驚喜,絕對係打卡同味覺雙重享受!點了西冷牛扒和烤羊架,本來想試西班牙海鮮燴飯,不過呢個係二人份量,我哋又想試吓佢嘅西餐喎,所以就放棄咗試西班牙海鮮飯了。羊架擺盤好靚,仲超IG-able,份量唔少,點了8成熟,不過應該點全熟我會鍾意啲😅食落冇乜羊肉味;個皮煎封得好香。反而西冷牛有牛味!甜品區有精緻小蛋糕、西班牙小食,布甸等。缺點是沒有飲品,需額外點!環境充滿維多利亞風格,坐窗邊仲可以望到酒店花園,氣氛一流! 呢度冇一般酒店自助餐咁迫人唔使搶着夾食物,靜靜地二人世界好舒服嘅,特別適合慶祝特別日子,迪士尼粉絲更加要嚟朝聖~

好耐無去迪士尼樂園酒店既華特餐廳食飯。今次去食午餐。如果係迪粉,個人建議去華特餐廳用饍。感受一下掛在牆上華特迪士尼先生昔日光輝,因為這種影像回憶,令人返回從前華特迪士尼先生用饍既情況。打開餐牌,發現半自助午餐係$368。加$98可以點金目鯛。頭盤沙律及甜品屬自助餐。主菜我點咗金目鯛。金目鯛主要係日本料理食材。但要用在西餐餐桌上,就要視乎西廚功力。頭盤先嚟個餐包。自家製餐包鬆軟可口。凍盤海鮮我揀咗凍蝦及青口。海產類凍盤新鮮食材。蝦肉及青口甜美。肉質鮮嫩。沙律:俄羅烤雞沙律,煙鴨胸沙律,紅洋蔥香腸沙律,芒果蝦沙律。四款沙律,色澤鮮明。烤雞肉質美味。鴨胸肉多汁。香腸細片混入紅洋蔥一齊食,滋味無窮。芒果配大蝦,清新入口。天口熱食哂四款沙律,消暑涼快。自選咗果仁及水果。果仁粒粒精挑細選。無一角崩塌。賣相滿分。水果切割刑狀方便入口。新鮮水果甜味。一定係油麻地新鮮運到。金目鯛魚本身屬南中國海及日本水域。多數用在日本料理。點解要點選金目鯛做主菜?因為金目鯛好考功夫。服務員呈上的金目鯛,廚師用上最肥美魚身。一般家庭主婦會蒸熟嚟食。但頂級餐廳用上火槍去燒烤。大片魚鱗一早已除。留下小片魚鱗,用慢火,配合火槍去烤熟魚肉。上層魚皮燒至金黃色。魚皮與魚肉之間既油脂經火槍烤熟,就會釋出。食客一口咬落,脆皮魚皮連魚肉帶點魚油,食出咗金目鯛個魚肉至高美味口感。單單一個金目鯛主菜,已達到米芝蓮水準。這種烹調方式,只有米芝蓮餐廳先可以品嚐到。估唔到總價$512,都可以食到半自助餐連頂級金目鯛魚。本人誠意推介。甜品我自取多款精美迪士尼朋友造型蛋糕。小朋友最鍾意食到有卡通人物造型既蛋糕。款款都好精美。入口甜而不膩。

繼之前生日月享用了自助晚餐買一送一優惠,今次再去用別的優惠。華特餐廳 惠顧晚餐菜單每滿HKD 1000可享港幣HKD 300折扣。我們吃的是半自助晚餐,會有自助前菜 + 甜品,還有個湯和自選主菜。前菜都包括了凍海鮮,海蝦和青口都算新鮮。另外還有煙三文魚、火腿、芝士等,沒想到亦有魚子醬。沙律的話偏開胃的款式,冷盤的鴨肉凍味道很豐富。還有個番茄水牛芝士沙律都幾開心。吃到差不多就給每人一杯野菌舞茸清湯。湯超燙口,不論是聞還是喝起來都有很濃郁的菇味。🥩澳洲和牛西冷 (HKD 698) & 美國安格斯優質肉眼 (HKD 628)前者配了有機啡菇,後者配的是羊肚菌。另外還有一堆的時令蔬菜,所以吃落份量很足很飽肚。肉質不錯,口感和肉汁都很豐厚,建議前菜別吃太多,不然會吃不下。🦞華特海鮮 (HKD 1528/2人用)朋友覺得龍蝦是吸引的。另外用膠袋裝的海鮮在調味方面就一般。點這個的話還會配香脆的蒜蓉麵包。甜品方面,就只有五款。所以肚子還有位應該可以每款都試。首推是檸檬撻,酸酸的在吃完扒後吃能減點膩。由於我們點的主食價錢差少少才夠HKD 3000可以減HKD900,因此多點了兩杯 Inside Out 的特飲。每杯HKD 80。
