tried the signature roast beef japanese rice which tastes as well as it looks; the roast beef was a tad dry but was compensated by the runny egg yolk and the apple ginger sauce (the sauce is rather briny and suggest not to pour the entire thing on to the rice); the set comes with a starter and a panna cotta (extra $ for the tiramisu) which was perfect to wrap up the meal
