A good place to get solid Italian pasta. I took advantage of the Pasta Deal (afternoon) and treated myself to a nice Carbonara since it‘s been a few months I‘ve eaten one.Having eaten and made so many Carbonaras throughout my whole life, I really appreciate that they don‘t use cream in their sauce! Seriously. You can get perfect results without using cream which makes everything heavier, also cream isn‘t included in the original version of Spaghetti Carbonara. So that‘s a plus.What kinda disappo

What kinda disappointed me was that it was a bit bland. The noodles were al dente (good) but I barely tasted they‘ve been cooked in salt water, the sauce did contain some pepper but it wasn‘t much. Maybe they‘re a bit hesitant to use salt since most people don‘t eat that salty? Also, I didn‘t taste a lot of the cheese, which is the key ingredient of the Carbonara (next to the eggs).
Overall, a solid carbonara and you can certainly help yourself by asking for salt.
I really like the setting though, it reminds me of a modern Italian bistro. Would go back.
