This is soooo good!! very authentic
and although the environment is not that comfortable, I always buy take away food from them.
Pork Siu Mai
there is a fat pork inside each siumai, so you won’t feel that it’s too dry but juicy!! It’s fresh and perfectly steamed so won’t taste like those overcooked/steamed for a day siumais. Which I really appreciate!

Nicely fried, crispy but not oily.
With the adequate amount of Chinese sausage
Also one of my favourite - the chasiubao pork bbq bun. the chasiubao is a bit too salty today but it’s crispy shell still help it got a 97/100 today❤️
