Six of us went for yum cha on 19th Dec. The staff, while responsive and reasonably friendly, have missed an unbelievable 4 orders during the course of the meal. Our deserts never arrived after 45 mins and 2 follow ups. Their system, which takes dim sum order by the pieces, have undoubtedly put excessive stress on their staff, who are forced to micromanage every order at every table. This has directly impacted their ability to serve the customers. The food that did ended up on our table, were
Their system, which takes dim sum order by the pieces, have undoubtedly put excessive stress on their staff, who are forced to micromanage every order at every table. This has directly impacted their ability to serve the customers.
The food that did ended up on our table, were ok but very basic and lacking in choices by yum cha standard. The price of around $200 per head is slightly higher than average.
As a customer, an opportunity for a relaxing lunch has turned to anxiety and unending wait. This is not an enjoyable dining experience.
