I like Hainanese chicken rice and its a lot harder to find a restaurant serving it in Hong Kong nowadays. The cHainanese chicken rice was average, the chicken was a big portion considering for the price, value for money. The cchicken had a lot of fat though.. The rice was just the colour and was missing some flavour sadly, so i was dipping on the sweet soy sauce alot.
