Have been eating here periodically over decades, as it is close to home even after moving a few times during the legs I was working in HK。Their Chiu Chow master stock is usually brilliant here and topped up maintained on a daily basis, it is all about dedication : )Unfortunately on my night of revisit, the goose hasn't soaked in enough of that lovely master stock. Unfortunately on my night of revisit, the goose hasn't soaked in enough of that lovely master stock. The tofu were also lacking both soy and master stock taste. I like this place usually, but cooking method wise, they seem to stream line the processe. Hence I would recommend u to get take-away instead as it takes time for the flavors to seep into the meat!
