Highly recomended the US prime dry age rib eye 10oz $398. The medium rare steak was cook perfectly. Was full of favour and extremely tender. 小伙伴好鍾意食牛扒，佢搵到一間高質西餐廳，佢個乾式熟成牛扒真係超正。位於東涌的 The upper deck，望住個海景飲杯，順便睇下飛機 chill chill。
一入到餐廳已經見到放牛扒嘅恆溫櫃，dry aging 其實就係將新鮮牛肉放入恆溫室21至45天， 牛肉外表就會風乾變硬， 好似木頭嘅質地形成保護膜，裏面嘅酵素繼續發酵，令牛肉嘅味道更出，肉質變得軟淋而多汁。

肉質非常入味，肉眼扒所以好軟淋。medium rare 切開嚟好粉嫩，牛扒薄身嗰隻，真係超好食。

BBQ 背肋 (full) $308
佢個bbq sauce 真係好鬼正， 肉質唔會乾，好juicy。醃得幾好，就算唔用bbq sauce，肉都好入味。 好多肉，好厚肉，啖啖肉食得好過癮。
