本身覺得撈粗有幾特別丫咪又係咁，但呢度個鵝油撈粗同手撕雞真係名不虛傳。鵝油好香，個麵有咬口，好味得黎又唔係膩。個手撕雞都幾有驚喜，質感滑，有芝麻香。四寶嘅牛肚同牛腩都夠腍而入味，五星好評👍
Originally I thought how special could this kind of mixed noodles be, they probably all taste similar anyway... Yet these goose oil & soy sauce noodles and shredded chicken do impress me 😮the special goose oil, soy sauce and noodles somehow go together perfectly, and the noodles are cooked to al dente, there are rich flavours but not greasy. The sesame flavour of the shredded chicken did stand out, and meat was quite tender. The brisket and tripe both were cooked to perfection and well seasoned. Highly recommend 👍
