My friends and I went to Tsing Yi today. We found a thai restaurant which starts running business recently. There was a long queue at the peak hour. We still managed to get in before 1330. The services were nice. Waiters and waitresses were friendly. They gave us a cup of hot water to wash clean the bowls and chopsticks. Everything was soooo clean as it’s new. My friends and I ordered: 1. Pomelo salad with prawns 2. Thai style spicy & sour clams on stove tray3. Tom yum goong with seafood 4. Thai

4. Thai style Chinese kale with pork tender in pot with belachan
5. Lime soda
6. Salty lemon sprite
🥗1. Pomelo salad with prawns
The whole plate of salad was dressing so nicely. The flavour was nice, sour and a bit spicy. And yet the prawns were very fresh. It’s so refreshing. The restaurant was generous to offer such a big plate of pomelo.
🍤2. Thai style spicy & sour clams on stove tray
The clams were relatively huge and so fresh. It’s always nice to have fresh seafood. The broth was great. Can taste the Thai seasoning very well.
🥘3. Tom yum goong with seafood
The tom yum goong soup was sooooo Thai. Just feel like being in thailand at the moment I have a sip of the soup. Once again, quite a lot of seafood was offered, few shrimps, crab cake ans shrimp heads.
4. Thai style Chinese kale with pork tender in pot with belachan
Surprisingly, the pork tender wasn’t very meaty and very tender as it says. The Chinese kale was very tasty. I loved the taste of belachan. Spicy and hot.
5. Lime soda
Wanted to order fresh coconut but it’s out of stock. Probably the business is doing very well😆 so I ordered lime soda instead. A whole bottle of soda was served. I love this brand of Thai soda.
6. Salty lemon sprite
A whole can of sprite was served. Served enough 🧊 for the drink. Very nice
