Just wanna have a nostalgic cart noodle, and I ordered beef brisket, pig blood clot, pig intestine and fish ball noodles. The performance is ok, the spicy sauce is not really spicy, the soup is a bit salty (but I guess it is almost the norm for cart noodle?). One point I am a bit disappointed is there is no green onion provided. I guess it is almost a tradition to have green opinion in cart noodle, correct me if I am wrong!The renovation is nice, dining space is acceptably clean. Maybe it is too
The renovation is nice, dining space is acceptably clean. Maybe it is too late and waitresses are too stressed? They play pop songs loudly from the kitchen, and the cook sing along with it, and all staffs gather in front of the kitchen and chit-chanting, and swear behind some foreigners for them to use toilet without purchasing. I mean... I am here too...🙈😅
