Decided to treat ourselves a fineee brunch on free transport day (人出豉油我出雞嘅概念?🤣) so we opted for Fine Brunch Board ($298) which include bakeries/noodles + 4 sides🥐Bakeries Took advantage of their *UNLIMITED REFILLS* and tried all four, hard to pick a favourite becuz all were SO GOOD🍜Noodles (Lee Garden Exclusive) One side was plain somen and the other was ume somen in a pretty pink colour💕 the ume flavour wasn’t overwhelming but I could definitely taste a hint. AND you can choose your soup base 🦑

Torched Hamachi w/ Fresh Truffle was so fresh and beautifully torched😍 Also loved that burst of flavours in Sous Vide Pacific Cod w/ Salted Lemon Dill Yoghurts🍋 be sure to eat it up while it’s hot though as the cod could quickly turn tough
🍖Meat
We shared Iberico Char Siu w/ Caramel Apple, Duck Leg Confit w/ Figs Citrus Jam and Grilled Sous Vide Chicken Thigh w/ Grapefruit Jam. The zesty fruity twist def brightened up the meat dishes🤤 Appreciate the thoughtfulness so much as the meat/jam could pair with both bakeries and noodles perfectly🙌
🧀Dairy
Blue Cheese w/ Honey & Figs was insanely addictive, once we dug in we couldnt stop😂 highly recommend for cheese lovers!
☕️Drinks
Can’t go wrong with Ninetys’ coffee - Black (Fruity Blend) was just $32, so aromatic and well balanced. Blueberry Cupcake tea ($58) was equally exciting, with sweet vanilla hints that tasted like cosy winter evenings🫐 Isn’t the presentation so cool too?
