After visiting the LCK public library, my kid and I went to here for 班蘭蛋糕 and sweet soup. Not many local bakery serves 班蘭蛋糕. It is ture that 班蘭蛋糕 from 土司工坊 has excellent elasticity on the sponge cake. However, the taste or favor of 班蘭 or 蛋 is very weak. The same product from 六記 has relatively poor texture (too soft and lack of elasticity) but the favor or 班蘭 and 蛋 is extremely strong and attractive. As a customer, I can tell you that 六記's 班蘭蛋糕 (HK$11) is 足料 but they can modify their baking

We also tried the 薏米腐竹糖水 (HK$13), not bad.
