今日係將軍澳同朋友食晚餐,講起想食烤魚,就搵咗呢一間烏蠅館一時試,座位唔算太多,但幾乎滿座。我哋點咗條海鑪魚,揀咗呢個傳統麻辣中辣,等咗一陣,條魚一上菜睇落份量真係好夠,香氣十足!食落啲魚肉好嫩滑,啲辣度岩岩好,越食越開胃真係,佢嘅麻又唔會太過火,啲魚肉越煮越入味!食得出條魚真係好新鮮!食完魚之外,我哋都有點咗啲配料嚟打邊爐,有呢個牛丸,份量都唔少,好夠牛香同彈牙。菜方面我哋點咗呢個金針菇,完全可以吸收曬湯底啲精華,食落好香!當然唔少得個主食,點咗呢個薯粉,份量足夠曬兩個人份量,煮到佢入曬味,簡直係一試難忙!我哋都有點佢嘅蝦滑,好有蝦味夠曬新鮮,食落好彈牙。呢個嚟到必定要試~最後甜品點咗呢個紅糖滋巴,炸得好香脆但一啲都唔油,啲紅糖係入面變曬流心咁真係好正。
