今日下午茶來左觀塘的蛋糕店。食左老闆娘推薦我的開心果飲品Pistachio millk和即時燒焊的卷蛋蛋糕。炙燒和三盆糖黃豆粉黑糖蕨餅沖繩黑糖蜜。去卷蛋蛋糕好軟綿綿同平時蛋糕食咁唔同。 Pistachio milk 一飲之後就飲到咗好多好多開心果碎，好濃的開心果味。老闆娘話而家坊間嘅開心果飲品都係冇真正開心果味。她好專注研發真正屬於開心果味甜品。希望客人可以食到高品質甜品。好敬佩她🥰.如果要加開心果奶凍，要加$12。她話可以俾客人嘗試都唔同嘅開心果濃度。This afternoon, I visited a cake shop in Kwun Tong for some tea. This afternoon, I visited a cake shop in Kwun Tong for some tea. I tried the pistachio drink, Pistachio Milk which the owner recommended, along with the freshly baked roll cake.
The roll cake was soft and fluffy, quite different from regular cakes. I also had the Torched and Three-Bowl Sugar Yellow Bean Flour Black Sugar Jelly with Okinawa black sugar syrup.
As for the Pistachio Milk,after taking a sip, I encountered a lot of crushed pistachios; the pistachio flavor was very rich. The owner mentioned that most pistachio drinks available now don't have a true pistachio taste. She is dedicated to developing desserts that genuinely capture the essence of pistachios, hoping that customers can enjoy high-quality sweets. I really admire her! 🥰 If you want to add pistachio jelly, it costs an extra $12. She mentioned that customers can try different levels of pistachio intensity.
