Urban Coffee Roaster is a vegan friendly Japanese style cafe. We went on a weekday evening but it was already a full house. .We ordered:💚Creme brûlée pancakes 法式焦糖班戟 $108💚Japanese vege curry donburi 日式雜菜咖喱飯 $88 (vegan).The rice felt quite healthy, probably because it was a in a lighter type of curry. The rice felt quite healthy, probably because it was a in a lighter type of curry. Not bad but would have been better with more sauce.
And the pancakes 🤤 ~ We’re a big fan of soufflé pancakes but we actually quite liked these ones. Unlike the fluffy ones that melt in your mouth, these ones were buttery, warm and substantial🥰 I loved dipping them in the sauce and watching it being soaked up 😉

最近好鍾意發掘小店，今次就去咗銅鑼灣呢間咖啡店Urban Coffee Roaster
餐牌上面有幾款素食嘅菜式🌱我哋就嗌咗純素 日式雜菜咖喱同埋法式焦糖班戟。咖喱屬於較淡嗰種，幾清新，不過唔係好夠汁😅至於班戟係比較厚實嗰種，充滿麵粉香，索埋啲汁食～好滿足啊🥰
