呢間餐廳上次其實食過之後,我自己已經ban咗唔會再嚟,不過因為老豆鐘意,加上老媽子生日,所以再試下過嚟食啦。我自己本身好鍾意食牛扒,一去西餐廳,我嘅首選一定係食扒,所以我都食過唔少平,貴,同好貴嘅扒。咁當然我今日都係揀$232嘅安格斯牛扒,個侍應問我要幾成熟,諗住叫6成,但係有鑑於呢類型嘅餐廳唔同高級扒房,幾多成熟真係未必掌握到,所以叫5成,起碼唔會過熟先啦。咁配菜嘅麵包,湯同沙律其實ok嘅,可能呢d真係唔係難整,所以照道理都唔會難食。而我老豆就叫西冷牛扒,叫咗唔要鐵板上,好啦,等咗一陣,佢哋d嘢食已經嚟晒,而我嗰份唔知去咗邊,等咗好耐先見到尊貴嘅安格斯牛扒,本來滿心歡喜,拎起把刀,切落去,嘩!成件扒係well done,已經遲出,仲要已經唔係鐵板上,竟然係well done,真係非常離譜。即刻叫侍應過嚟,同佢講件扒well done喎,比佢望完,佢叫我中間切開比佢睇下,講真我食過咁多扒,真係一望就知道全件扒都已經係well done。不過佢叫到,我都切開比佢望,佢一望完就話可能師傅失手,再去整過一份比我(第一塊個樣唔錯)。好啦,終於等到第二塊嚟,個樣黑麻麻咁,切開係介乎4成左右熟,過
