As for her most special lemon ramen, I still prefer the more direct original flavor and spicy flavor. The former has a rich pork bone broth base, with a fresh, sweet taste that is sufficiently sticky, while the latter has a moderately spicy kick, enjoyable to eat without overpowering the flavors of other ingredients. These unpretentious offerings are what truly capture my heart. The noodles are satisfyingly chewy, with a good sauce-coating ability, and the eggs are perfectly runny, with the semi-solid egg yolk being the ideal state. If the char siu were grilled and a bit fattier, it would be even more perfect. Remember to add the unique pickled mustard greens, which are spicy, fragrant, and more appealing than wood ear mushrooms.

一虎和神虎也是灣仔拉麵界的雙虎, 人潮同樣絡繹不絕, 再者經營環境惡劣的時間更見可貴. 對於她最特別的檸檬拉麵, 還是喜歡較直接的原味和辣味, 前者豬骨湯底夠濃, 味道鮮甜夠黏口, 後者辣勁適中, 吃得夠爽但不會失去其他食材的味道, 這些沒有什麼噱頭的, 反而最深得我心. 麵身夠爽, 掛汁力不錯, 雞蛋夠流心, 半凝固的蛋汁就是最佳的狀態, 如果叉燒炙烤過及再肥一點, 就更完美. 記得要加上獨有的醃芽菜, 辣香爽口, 比木耳更吸引.
