I chose mushrooms and fish cakes as my toppings. The mushrooms were juicy as it has absorbed the essence from the broth. The fish cakes were basically the same as fish balls, nothing special.

賣相好似一條長形嘅潮州魚蛋🍢味道同質地亦都match🤣但係配上山椒醬真係啖啖都刺激味蕾🤤
This is basically a sausage shaped fish cake, topped with Japanese pepper sauce. It was very aromatic, and the sauce really gives a bang to this dish.
