🚈Wingman in Central is a bit difficult to find as its located on 6/F of a commercial building, they also have another branch in Wanchai Ship Street as well. The flavour of their wings are creative, and they will slow-cook the wings before deep frying and seasoning. I have ordered 3 types of wings to have a try🤤
🐣Hangover 12 wings ($158)🐣
This set include 6 Mongolian BBQ flavour, 6 Hoisin Glazed flavour and sweet potato fries. The Mongolian BBQ is a little bit dry but the taste of cumin and Szechuan peppercorn is rich. The Hoisin Glazed is the best among the three choices, the honey and black sesame match well and could keep the juiciness of the wings. 🍠The fries is of a big box, the sweet potato is soft and sweet, so its good enough to eat without the sauce!🙊

The wings are gold dusted, it could really attract people’s eye balls when we opened the box. The wings are big in size and the taste of garlic and rosemary is strong👌🏼
