one choice of cakes left only, so, NO.「流沙包」是chinese restaurant的famous點心,但是流沙包那種餡料的質感very oily,很受歡迎的點心but eating lots of solid lipids into the body。this bread i bought this time外表跟平常吃的包類沒有多大分別,只是一口咬下去後,裡面流質狀的vanilla caramel餡料會湧出來。為了要做到流質的效果,餡料加入豬油to make it有流沙的效果。有很香濃的custard味,也會放一顆顆banana cubes做餡以增加香味,流沙效果濃稠膩喉的感覺。流沙包使用牛油代替豬油流質的效果,但牛油沒有豬油的香味,所以waitress把bread用焗爐reheat後then gave me,咬下去香味四溢。很多人都喜愛吃cakes from this bakery,不過i love their breads more喔!
