💛💚🧡💜☕️☁️🧋 「知道自己想要什麼嗎？」坐在一間小咖啡室內去想這問題。 咖啡室以白色為主調，但客人們多以戶外的梯級作享用飲品小食的地方，這兒的輕鬆，與金融中心的急速，形成很大的對比。 叫了一杯 Tonic Espresso, 很出色！ 有咖啡的香濃味，堅果味，加上梳打水的氣泡，令整杯飲品的回甘味，停留在口腔中，遲遲不散去。可能tonic 同espresso 的比例問題， 比起上次到另一間cafe, 今次的tonic 沒有蓋過espresso 的味道。 A small cafe at Sheung Wan. Ordered “Tonic Espresso”, and think about this question! The coffee is good, and full of “nutty” flavour, and the bubbles are sparkling inside my mouth which enhance the after taste of the coffee. May be with a better proportion between espresso and tonic, the taste of tonic does not overrides the espresso compare with the one in other cafe.
