位於東涌喜來登酒店旁灣景薈的The Upper Deck,坐擁無敵大海景,還能看到飛機升降,感覺極為悠閒☁️ 在周末的下午時分與友人相約一起午餐,順道到東薈城血拼一番週末的lunch time有weekend brunch 供應,餐廳亦頗為旺場,但我們卻被主餐牌所吸引,決定選擇單點Tagliatelle ($178)全蛋扁意粉挺有質感,配以意大利煙肉及雞油菌烹調,因煙肉及菇菌味道較濃郁,必須與意粉相配食用,而大廚給的初榨橄欖油份量亦非常慷慨Egg tagliatelle is very textured, cooked with pancetta and chanterelles. As pancetta and mushrooms are quite salty, it would be better to have it with the spaghetti. 牛肉漢堡點了7成熟,主要是吃牛肉本身的味道,咸味主要來自煙肉及車打芝士,再加上蕃茄及生菜的爽脆,及塗了沙律醬再烘過,整體還不錯
We have ordered medium well for the beef. The beef is slightly seasoned, mainly to eat the original taste of the beef. The salty taste mainly comes from the bacon and cheddar cheese, with the crispiness of the tomato and lettuce, and the bun with a bit salad dressing and baked. Overall is quite good.
Yuzu pineapple mule ($58)
是一款由柚子、菠蘿、薑啤、荳蔻特調而成的特飲,味道清甜
It is a mocktail blended with yuzu, pineapple, ginger beer and cardamom. It’s fresh and sweet.
