今日去咗銅鑼灣呢間餐廳,以前試過佢哋嘅 brunch、午餐同晚餐,覺得OK,但今次真係令人失望到極點。我哋叫咗一杯大份美式咖啡同一杯小份美式咖啡,點知上枱嘅係兩杯大份。我哋好聲好氣同服務員講,話飲品送錯咗,點知有個服務員態度好差,話「美式咖啡無大杯小杯之分,係一樣嘅」。 我哋手上有餐牌,清楚寫明有分別,就同佢指出咗,點知佢竟然話「不過係2蚊差價啫」,語氣好唔耐煩。其實餐牌上差價係6蚊,但重點唔係錢,係顧客叫咗小份咖啡,就係想飲小份咖啡,服務員嘅職責係滿足顧客需要,而唔係同我哋拗。最後佢好唔情願咁拎走咗一杯大份,換咗杯小份過嚟。送錯飲品係小事,但服務員嘅態度真係令人好唔舒服,感覺唔被尊重。 銅鑼灣咁多選擇,畀10%服務費仲要受氣,真係唔值得。希望餐廳可以改善服務質素,唔係我哋應該唔會再返嚟。Today, we went to this restaurant in Causeway Bay. Today, we went to this restaurant in Causeway Bay. We had tried their brunch, lunch, and dinner before and found them decent, but this time was incredibly disappointing. We ordered one large Americano and one small Americano, but they brought us two large ones instead. We politely told the server that the drinks were wrong, only to be met with a bad attitude from one of them, who said, “Americano doesn’t come in large or small sizes, they’re all the same.” We had the menu in hand, which clearly showed there’s a difference, and pointed it out. To our surprise, the server responded, “It’s just a HK$2 difference,” in an impatient tone. In fact, the menu showed a HK$6 difference, but the point isn’t the money—when a customer orders a small coffee, they should get a small coffee. The server’s job is to meet the customer’s needs, not argue with us. In the end, they reluctantly took one large coffee back and replaced it with a small one. Getting the wrong drink is a minor issue, but the server’s attitude was really off-putting and made us feel disrespected. With so many options in Causeway Bay, there’s no need to pay a 10% service charge and still feel upset. I hope the restaurant can improve its service quality; otherwise, we won’t be coming back.
