中環新開了間搶眼的意法小酒吧。這裡有多款意法紅白酒By the glass ，好適合喜歡試不同酒的朋友。今次試了Loire Valley 100% Melon Blanc 。雖然個名有蜜瓜，但味道其實同蜜瓜無關😂。但on the nose 有很香的tropical fruit 味。食物方便選擇雖然不多，但每一款都很美味：❧ Scallops ❧ Burrata❧ Beef tartare❧ Angus meat & potatoes❧ Ménage à Trois特別喜歡scallops和 angus meat，火候控制得非常好，medium rare 的質地一流。Beef tartare 個薯條亦都好鍾意，落了少許檸檬香草，感覺好清新。____________________#roamardtheworld#roamardtheworld_hk #roamardtheworld_food
