就算北海道的湯咖喱名店Suage在香港開設分店，我最喜歡的還是這一家在鰂魚涌的Asiri，甚至可以比起北海道吃到的更高質素，例如是湯咖喱的香料甘香，以及湯汁的甘甜，如羅宋湯加上咖喱香味的版本，還有一點點肉香。最喜歡的配搭是牛舌，這裏的牛舌夠喉，但是是用上偏中心的部份，口感更嫩滑。炸雞也是我喜歡的，沒有什麼特別的地方，就是炸彈香脆內裏啖啖肉，肉質和口感相當不錯，完全沒有乾柴的口感。Even though Hokkaido’s famous soup curry restaurant Suage has opened a branch in Hong Kong, my favorite remains Asiri in Quarry Bay. My top pairing is ox tongue—tender and smooth, using the central part. The fried chicken is also delightful, crispy outside and juicy inside, with no dryness at all.
