My friend chose other sides:
1)Black truffle scrambled eggs 🥚
(Use Top graded egg in Japan 蘭王蛋)
So creamy and Black truffle is the perfect match
2)Grilled sous vide chicken thigh w/grapefruit jam
The jam makes me surprised because is this my first time to try grapefruit jam .it is Sour and sweet . Sous Vide on its own can create amazingly juicy chicken 🍗 !

I would like to try bakeries like lemon danish loaf bread and mixed seed ww bread next time 🧡There was full of booking at lunch time ,plz remember make appointment first.
