Been also loving Vietnamese chicken salad lately, also known as Saigon Chicken salad (西貢牙車快). A super refreshing dish that typically consists of shredded cabbage, carrots, sprouts and chicken tossed together in a bright spicy sauce (probably a mixture of fish sauce, chilli, lime etc) and topped with chopped peanuts!
Seasoning was just right and tasted absolutely delicious! Love how they used shredded chicken thigh instead of chicken breast such that the meat was extra tender!

They also serve the 🥖classic Vietnamese Bha Mi (HKD 48). Crispy, airy, soft baguette smeared with pate, with Asian ham, lettuce and cucumbers sandwiched inside.
