I recommended this place to my bf because of the good reviews for the burgers, but he ordered only the chipotle chicken wrap instead. To be clear, he’s a westerner and very familiar with chipotle sauce and knows that it is very spicy, smoky and vinegary.The wrap looked ok when it was ready, but when he bit into it he was in for a shock because it was just way-over-the-top too saucy and spicy. There was so much sauce coming out of the wrap on the other end as he ate it and still it was just too

The wrap looked ok when it was ready, but when he bit into it he was in for a shock because it was just way-over-the-top too saucy and spicy. There was so much sauce coming out of the wrap on the other end as he ate it and still it was just too much sauce. The vinegariness and the smokiness was also far too empowering - you couldn’t really enjoy the wrap at all. Goodness, and they served the wrap with another saucer of the same sauce...imagine what would have happened if he dipped the wrap into it before taking a bite....😱
The rather more disappointing thing is when I nicely addressed the matter with the restaurant, I was given the reply, “but it’s like that”. All I could do was to gently tell them, “Do taste the food you serve.”
I rather pity the next person ordering the wrap. Be forewarned!
墨西哥雞卷，男朋友叫嘅。雖然我同佢本身知道呢隻醬有辣勁亦都重口味，但都辣到乜味都食唔出，煙熏味太犀利蓋過晒所有味道，佢仲要食完胃痛。
男朋友唔好意思同佢地講，而且佢肚餓所以食咗大部份，但其實一路食都話好難食，成件事好失望。我好聲好氣同佢地講要自己試吓啲嘢食，但回應就係「呢個卷係咁個喎。」
唉，隻醬惹味我知道，但咁樣唔代表你要落咁多架嘛，不嬲呢隻咁濃咁辣嘅chipotle醬, 真係冇人成杯到晒落去用㗎囉，仲要加多碟喺隔離方死辣你唔死咁。點埋先食第一啖仲得了嘅？
