My family and I went to The Cheesecake Factory to celebrate my bro's birthday. Since we couldn't make reservation at night, we walked in at around 19:30 on one of the weekdays. After waiting for 10 minutes, we got in and started our feast.
Factory Nachos ($158)
Crisp tortilla chips covered with melted cheeses, guacamole, sour cream, jalapeños, green onions and salsa. Even though it is an appetizer, the portion size is more than a main. It was so delicious that I couldn't stop eating!!!😍😍😍
Pork Belly Sliders ($148)🍔🍔🍔🍔
Yep, you got it right! It comes with 4 "tiny" pork belly sliders. We were literally shocked by the "tiny" sliders. Every slider was full of slices of slow roasted smoked pork belly with barbeque sauce, cole slaw and fried pickles. Luckily we got 4 people...😂
Steak Diane ($368)🧆
It is highly appreciated that the beef steak was cut before serving. Medallions of beef steak covered with black peppercorns and a rich mushroom wine sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and grilled onions. The gravy was so tasty that we finished not only the steak, but mashed potatoes. 😏
Pasta Carbonara (Chicken) ($206)🍝
The pasta was creamy and juicy. Quite a lot of cream sauce was left on the plate even the pasta was done.
Mango Key Lime Cheesecake ($80)🍰
This cheesecake was topped with mango mousse on a vanilla coconut macaroon crust. The taste of lime was so refreshing. It was a perfect ending after having a lot of greasy stuff. 🥰
