｜𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐡𝐚 𝐁𝐨𝐰𝐥 🥗 $𝟏𝟏𝟗｜沙律未必是枯燥無味的配搭，這裡的沙律碗就令我相當驚喜。賣相吸引之餘，材料也非常豐盛，有南瓜、蕎麥、碗豆、溫泉蛋等等，還有我最愛的無花果！🖤 旁邊的Sourdough並無特別，但沙律菜爽脆新鮮，與他們自家調製的麻醬撈勻後很惹味。🥬雖然價錢偏貴，但勝在食材新鮮，而店面相當闊落，加上充滿美感、以白色為主調的簡約風設計，是一處舒適的空間讓人放鬆下來。Thought it’d be super crowded when I visited their flagship store at SYP on Saturday, but luckily got a seat after a short wait. Thought it’d be super crowded when I visited their flagship store at SYP on Saturday, but luckily got a seat after a short wait. Although their signature is coffee, they also have plenty of healthy food options, and their Buddha Bowl was surprisingly good! Made up with quinoa, pumpkin, beans in a colourful stunning presentation, the ingredients are so fresh especially the greens. What’s made the salad special was the delicious homemade sesame sauce. Give it a nice stir before you start gorging on your bowl! Love the little fig pieces on top as well.
Overall, the food here is quite expensive but it’s still a great place to chill out! Their spacious, bright and airy interior with natural lighting is really nice. (The staff could be more friendly tho...🙃) Well worth a visit.
