今日去咗希慎廣場食晚餐，我和朋友要：-全新全日早餐。這份早餐有牛漢堡肉排、牛油果、煙三文魚、beacon, 2隻太陽蛋、蘑菇、，pancake, 茄汁豆豆和沙律。看起來視覺上很吸引，是一款高級的全天候早餐選擇。我最鍾意就係食蘑菇🍄🟫牛肉漢堡扒，雞蛋是我最鍾意的Sunshine eggs🍳 。我真是超鐘意晚上食早餐。-香蒜白酒蜆肉意粉白酒和蒜的襯托下,蜆肉既保持了原有的鮮甜，又吸收了調料的香味，口感鮮嫩。烹飪手法也十分到位。意大利面煮至恰到好處的al dente狀態。Today I went to Hysan Place for dinner, my friend and I ordered:- The new all-day breakfast. It looks visually appealing and seems to be a premium all-day breakfast option. I especially enjoyed the mushrooms and the Wagyu burger patty, and the sunny-side up eggs are my favorite. I really love having breakfast for dinner.
- The garlic white wine clam pasta
With the pairing of white wine and garlic, the clams maintain their natural sweetness while also absorbing the wonderful flavors of the seasonings, resulting in a delightfully fresh and tender texture. The cooking technique was also executed perfectly, with the al dente Italian pasta complementing the dish excellently.
